  • Common Shares: Offered in upcoming liquidity rounds, with 2.5 million common shares available at $2.00 per share.
  • Shareholder Benefits: Receive between 30,000 and 150,000 common shares with options for co-sale rights, ensuring flexibility during liquidity events.
Investment Packages
  • $36,000.00: Best for current and former athletes.
  • $125,000.00: Best for sports agents firms and or athletic performance facility owners.
  • $150,000.00: Best for current and former athletes who also own and operate a sports agency and or elite performance facility. 
  • SAFE Agreement: Investors enter into a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity), converting their investment into preferred shares during liquidity events. These shares are protected by a “Most Favored Nation” clause, ensuring the best terms and share numbers.
